Antonio Citterio

Antonio Citterio was born in Meda, Italy in 1950 and received a degree in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1975. He founded “Antonio Citterio and Partners” with Patricia Viel in 1999, an international firm that works on projects in the fields of architectural design, interior design and product design. Citterio works with many leading manufacturers including Ansorg, B&B Italia, Flexform, Flos, Iittala, Kartell, Maxalto, Sanitec Group, Technogym and Vitra. He was awarded the prestigious Compasso d’Oro-ADI award twice and in 2008 was honored by the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers & Commerce of London, which gave him the title of “Royal Designer for Industry.”



Bitossi Ceramiche

Bitossi Ceramiche develops upon a ceramic tradition that has existed in Montelupo Fiorentino, Italy since the 1500s. Established by the Bitossi family, the company’s collaboration with art director Aldo Londi and architect Ettore Sottsass in the 1950s gave birth to a unique collection of design ceramics. Today, the company operates out of its original factory and continues to develop upon its rich heritage, producing timeless ceramic collections.
