The Margaret Jenkins Dance Company Invites You to the Premiere of Trace Figures at DZINE
Join us for the premiere of Trace Figures as Margaret Jenkins and her dancer/collaborators – along with Paul Dresher, Joel Davel and their invented instruments – inhabit and transform the atmosphere of DZINE. The evening will open with the dancers, musicians, and Dresher’s invented instruments stationed throughout DZINE as the performers interact with Paul, Joel, and the instruments. The work culminates with the audience surrounding the action while three of Dresher’s larger invented instruments become the source for Paul’s new composition for Trace Figures.

Water Music Opening Night Party

San Francisco’s RAWdance will perform throughout the evening, ending the company’s six-month residency at DZINE.
