Luxury Furnishings Set the Stage in
Reimagined San Francisco Modern Home
DZINE Staging recently had the pleasure to partner with designer, developer and realtor Michael Kramer to stage his fully remodeled, Victorian-era luxury home in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood. With architectural support from Carbonell, the home exudes a warm minimalist aesthetic and captures the essence of fine European quality, design and craftsmanship in a timeless modern design.
It was no surprise then that Kramer turned to DZINE to stage the home for sale.
Because DZINE represents the finest European brands and offers a full-range of sophisticated home products — from furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and closet systems to lighting, art and accessories — our interior design team has the unique ability to cohesively stage high-end residences to exquisitely showcase the homes’ luxury living potential and, in turn, to best position the properties to garner maximum sale prices.
Behind and inside it’s Victorian facade, this Noe Valley home in San Francisco is a study in modern minimalism and has been featured in Dwell, Leibal and several other architecture and design websites. Project photography by Blake Marvin.
The front living room is furnished with a long Erei sofa by DePadova, Juno side tables by Baxter, a Paola Lenti Raya area rug and Gray armchairs by Living Divani. Jerry McLaughlin‘s adobe y negro (x) oil painting adorns the wall.
The lower-level media room is furnished with a Mex Cube sectional sofa by Cassina, a Chester Moon pouf and a Ninfea small table from Baxter, a Walter K. Oki small table and a Studio NYC area rug by Kymo. Adorning the walls are two works from Carrie Anne Plank‘s Deconstructed GIF series and the large-scale painting
The family room opposite the kitchen exudes casual comfort with a Square 16 sofa by DePadova, Croix De Bois side tables by Ceccotti, an Isanka armchair by Walter K., a Captain Flint floor lamp from Flos and Living Divani’s Galileo mirror. Whitewash by painter Ronald Chase harmonizes perfectly with the furnishings. Outside on the patio, a Cove sofa, Frame low table and two Portofino chairs all from Paola Lenti bedeck the patio.
In the case of this Jersey Street home which sold for $6.2 million, our furnishings — from Living Divani, Cassina, Baxter, Paola Lenti, DePadova, Walter K., Zanotta and Ceccotti — fit the home so well that the homeowner chose to buy all the furniture as well as the Flos lamps, Kymo rugs and other assorted pieces as part of the home purchase.
Furthermore, when remodeling the home, Kramer chose to outfit all the bathrooms with vanities, taps and fixtures from Boffi, Salvatori and Fantini whose Italian-made bath products form the core of DZINE’s luxury bath offering.
The Jersey Street West project exemplifies DZINE’s unique capability to deliver unified, whole-home interior design solutions that thoughtfully and thoroughly synthesize form, function, style and sophistication.
A Tavolo 95 dining table by DePadova and M10 chairs by Cassina provide seating for eight in the dining room while Jason O’Rear’s No.1: Sandur infused metal print anchors the room with a bold visual expression.
The master bedroom features two curvaceous pieces by Zanotta – a Derby armchair and Tempo side table. Above the built-in headboard, Carrie Anne Plank‘s Vortex Series relief prints provided geometric visual appeal.
Boffi B14 vanities with integrated sinks are featured in three of the home’s bathrooms as are several Boffi mirrors including the SP14 back-illuminated mirror shown on the left here.
Fontane Bianche tapware by Fantini is utilized throughout the home. Salvatori’s popular Vasco Colonna washbasin finished in Carrara marble stone anchors the powder room.
