Poltrona Frau Reveals New Collection at Milan Design Week

Every year, thousands of designers, artists, architects, makers and buyers from all over the world descend upon Milan for the world’s largest and most important design event: the Salone del Mobile. Also known as Milan Design Week, the Salone is a confluence of creativity and innovation, where design enthusiasts are given an inside look at top brands’ newest collections and cutting-edge new trends in design. Over the next few months, we will share our favorite products that debuted at the fairgrounds. First up: take a look at the leather furniture by Poltrona Frau that caught our eye.

The Come Together modular sofa designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba is characterized by its comfort, utility and modern aesthetic. Infinite combinations are available, allowing you to adapt the sofa system to fit your unique space. The Come Together is upholstered in fabric or Pelle Frau® leather with the option of including integrated side tables and shelves.

Poltrona Frau’s Times bed designed by Poltrona Frau Style & Design Centre embodies the brand’s new vision of “elegant lightness, where nothing is superfluous and everything is natural.” A stunning new addition to the collection, the bed’s headboard is made of a combination of leather, wood and fabric.

The Isadora chair designed by Roberto Lazzeroni is expertly crafted, evidenced by its tailored stitching and sleek profile. The structure is made of solid ash wood in a Moka or Wengé stain and is upholstered in saddle leather that is finished with protective dye and wax.

The Cestlavie tables represent Copenhagen-based design studio GamFratesi’s first collaboration with Poltrona Frau. The Cestlavie table functions as both a side table and storage basket, with interlaced saddle leather on the sides and Pelle Frau® leather on top.
