DZINE collaborated with Troon Pacific to provide the kitchen, master closet and master bathroom design for a spectacular 9,500 sq. ft. home in San Francisco’s Russian Hill neighborhood. Having earned the title of “San Francisco’s most expensive home on the market” with a listing price of $40,500,000, this residence has five bedrooms, six and a half baths, and spans an entire city block at the bottom of the infamous Lombard Street. Originally built in 1907, this home underwent extensive renovations, and now boasts an infinity-edge pool, 100-year-old olive trees on the property, is LEED Platinum-certified, and offers stunning views of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz, Angel Island and Coit Tower. DZINE provided custom Boffi HIDE kitchen cabinetry in veneer wood, an island with doors in aluminum, and hood panels. The master closet is by Porro and features wood shelving and integrated lighting, and we specified a Boffi bath vanity with SABBIA top-mounted washbasins in the master bath. The modern interior architecture products complement the classic architecture of the home.
