Paola Navone

Paola Navone was born in 1950 in Turin, Italy and studied architecture at the city’s Polytechnic University. During the 1970s she worked alongside Alessandro Mendini, Ettore Sottsass Jr. and Andrea Branzi in the Alchimia group, an Italian new wave design group. Since 1998 she has been the art director at Gervasoni and has designed many of the company’s collections. Throughout her career she has switched between the roles of architect, designer, art director, events planner and critic, and she continues to work as an interior designer for some of the most important brands in the international design world today.
